1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "oklb" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the oklb online betting and casino platform accessible at oklb.ws and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the oklb platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal member account created upon successful registration on oklb.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Member directly, without bonus attribution, held in the Member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a Member's account by oklb under any bonus or promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Member must bet before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the oklb platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, casino, live dealer, crash game, slot, and any other gaming or wagering features made available through oklb.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds from the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the oklb platform. oklb operates a strict 21+ policy. It is an offence to attempt to register or use the platform if you are under this age. oklb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to close any account for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.

2.2 Registration is open to individuals who are residents of, or accessing the platform from, Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing oklb is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. oklb makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its target market.

2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the oklb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.5 oklb reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to state its reasons, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oklb account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been conducted by you and you bear full responsibility for it, including any wagers placed, funds deposited or withdrawn, and personal data changed. oklb will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify oklb immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. oklb will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, including temporary suspension of all transactions.

3.4 oklb employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you use the platform at your own risk in respect of transmission security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the oklb platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). oklb does not apply currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by oklb, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.2 oklb accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Deposit page within your account.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. Under normal operating conditions, bKash and Nagad deposits are reflected in your account within seconds of transaction confirmation.

4.4 Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed the full KYC verification process. Oklahoma requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Required KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document and, where requested, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4.5 Verified withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high transaction volume, technical maintenance, or in cases where oklb's compliance team requires additional review. oklb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.6 oklb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers its fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering monitoring systems. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused until the required documentation is received and reviewed. Members are required to cooperate fully with any such request.

4.7 Funds deposited on the oklb platform may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. oklb will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 oklb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period — for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms page.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. When a Member has both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the specific promotion terms specify otherwise.

5.4 oklb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's account and active wagering is in progress, oklb will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 48 hours' notice before modifying the terms of that specific bonus.

5.5 Members who are found to have abused the oklb bonus system — including but not limited to bonus stacking, hedging bets to exploit promotions, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended. oklb's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.6 oklb Welcome Bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. The current welcome offer provides a bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific welcome offer terms in effect at the time of registration.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on oklb are final once confirmed. oklb does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in sections 6.2 and 6.3 below.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes on the oklb platform, oklb reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. oklb will use its best efforts to communicate any such voiding to affected Members promptly.

6.3 For sports betting markets, in the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type, as published in oklb's sports betting rules documentation.

6.4 All casino and slot games on the oklb platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing supervised by accredited studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. oklb does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.5 oklb's minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. oklb reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.6 oklb reserves the right to limit the bet sizes or restrict the sports markets available to any Member at its sole discretion, particularly where patterns of betting suggest professional gambling activity or where such restrictions are necessary to manage risk exposure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oklb platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the oklb platform.
• Accessing oklb using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the oklb platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Using the oklb platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at oklb staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any person who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to a self-exclusion order.

7.2 oklb employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Evidence of prohibited conduct gathered through these systems may be used to support account suspension, fund withholding, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 oklb is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings, without needing to contact support:

8.3 oklb will honour all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt. Any Member found to have circumvented a self-exclusion by registering a new account will have that account immediately closed.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the oklb platform — including but not limited to the oklb brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of oklb or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the oklb platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any oklb content without express written permission.

9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Use of such content is governed by the terms of oklb's agreements with those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The oklb platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. oklb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free availability of the platform or the accuracy of any information displayed therein.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oklb's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in the Member's account at the time the claim arises.

10.3 oklb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — even if oklb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 oklb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or government-imposed restrictions.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 oklb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on oklb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 oklb will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law or regulation, or as necessary to deliver the services you have requested (for example, processing a withdrawal through a payment provider).

11.3 You have the right to request access to the personal data oklb holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal obligations that require oklb to retain certain records.

12. Account Termination

12.1 You may close your oklb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 oklb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at oklb's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its Members.

12.3 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, oklb reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending a full investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

12.4 Inactive accounts (accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in oklb's current fee schedule, which is available on request from the support team. oklb will notify Members by email before applying any inactivity fee.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 oklb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to material provisions — including those relating to fees, withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or Member obligations — will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing terms, corrections of typographic errors, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will be effective upon publication on the platform.

13.3 Your continued use of the oklb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. The procedure for voluntary account closure is described in section 12.1 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Member and oklb that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

14.2 In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. oklb will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will use its best efforts to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

14.3 oklb's decisions regarding the application of these Terms & Conditions, the settlement of bets and casino games, and the administration of bonuses and promotions are final and binding, subject only to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
